We do not process card payments directly on this website. Once your trip is confirmed, our team sends you a secure payment link or bank transfer details by email or WhatsApp, and you pay through that channel directly with our payment provider or bank.
Every payment is followed by a written confirmation sent to your email and WhatsApp, including your booking reference. If you ever receive a payment request you weren't expecting, or are unsure if a message is genuinely from us, please contact us directly to verify before paying.
Personal and booking details you share with us are used only to plan and manage your trip, and are not sold or shared with third parties beyond the local partners directly involved in delivering your itinerary (such as hotels, boats or drivers).
